Don't talk about work at home.
Peoples' personalities will stay the same.
Do my job: focus on instruction and prepping for the semester.
Stay away from the crosshairs.
Do job and go home.
It's ok for a job to be a job. I don't have to be the director and I don't have to be in charge.
I have a life outside of work: my hobbies, exercise, friends, family, church.
I can give 100% and be happy about that.
Don't need to worry about about anyone else and how they do or don't do their job. Focus on my job.
