Instruction - Tension between service and instruction/teaching/outreach is being felt at many institutions. We need to be more proactive and less reactive.
- Library as a central information place-- Including how to find other services on campus and connect researchers to the tools/folks who know how to use them.
- Feedback from all constituents is helpful and necessary.
